The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is hosting a panel discussion titled ‘Exploring the Viability of Political Party Coalitions in South Africa’ on 13 May 2024. The event will be hosted on our dynamic multimedia platform, the HSRC Connect, which is dedicated to fostering inclusive dialogues on societal issues.

In anticipation of the upcoming elections on 29 May 2024, the discussion will delve into the prospects of having political party coalitions in South Africa, nationally and provincially, and explore various perspectives and implications for the future of governance in the country.
