The change in the national youth development landscape through the recent approval of the National Youth Policy 2009-2014 (NYP) and the launch of the National Youth Development Agency requires different stakeholders in the youth sector to usher this change through ensuring seamless integrated service provision. The paper examines the role of the NYDA in relation to other service providers’, and other mechanisms to improve service delivery as stipulated in the NYP 2009-2014. It points out challenges that could be encountered and makes recommendations on how best to resolve those.
