Henra Mayer, CEO Innocentrix

The presentation will give feedback on a recent opinion poll about organisational innovation management approaches adopted by South African organisations. It focuses on the following:

• The innovation approaches and structures adopted by SA organisations
• How SA organisations are measuring innovation and methods of demonstrating innovation value
• The type of innovation focus and important elements for innovation success and
• General questions around innovation enablers and challenges and the distinguishing factors between successful and unsuccessful organisations as viewed by the poll participants.

Henra Mayer is the CEO of Innocentrix which specialises in enterprise innovation solutions. Years of innovation management experience and an intense desire to see innovation deliver the results it should, are the inspiration for out of the ordinary, contextually relevant, practical solutions that demonstrate the value of innovation in organisations.  She has a BA Lang-uages from the University of Pretoria. She completed the Programme in Business Leadership (PBL) and has a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA where her Research Report, entitled “Radical Innovation – Gearing for the Future through Corporate Renewal” was awarded a distinction.
