The main purpose of this report is to highlight the lessons learned by both community members and city officials of the Community Scorecard Methodology. In specific, we want to establish community members and city officials views of how the project activities was implemented and their usefulness in bettering of the current situation the residents of Nyanga and Langa townships are facing concerning service delivery focusing mainly on water and electricity.
