The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) on behalf of the National Department of Social Development (DSD) is actively seeking critical and analytic submissions on several thematic areas that will be considered for publication in the second edition of the Social Security Review. Priority will be given to high-quality submissions of interest to both a local and international readership that address crosscutting themes outlined in this Call for Papers.

Social Security Review Vol. 2: Extended Call for Abstracts
Covid-19 illustrated the importance of social protection measures in protecting vulnerable households, including grants and unemployment benefits.
You are invited to submit an abstract on critical and analytical pieces that will help guide new and enhanced policies. The full papers will be peer-reviewed before publication
