Ahead of the 15th BRICS Summit, Professor Narnia Bohler-Muller, the Executive Director of the HSRC’s Developmental, Capable and Ethical State (DCES) unit, shared her views on the event and the potential foreign policy implications at play. She was joined by University of Johannesburg’s Professor Chris Landsberg.

The summit is being held in Johannesburg over August 22 – 24 at the Sandton Convention Centre.
