The NSTF-South32 Awards, was held at a prestigious Gala Dinner in Gauteng on Thursday, 29 June 2017. It was the 19th celebration of this flagship project of the National Science and Technology Forum (NSTF).

We congratulate the HSRC’s Professor Nancy Refilwe Phaswana-Mafuya and Mr Benjamin Roberts on their nominations in the Data for Research category.

We are delighted to announce that, Professor Phaswana-Mafuya was awarded the TW Kambule-NSTF Awards for research and its outputs category.  Congratulations Professor Phaswana-Mafuya for flying the flag for the sciences in our country and particularly that of the Human Sciences Research Council.
