The inaugural u’Good Conference: “Thriving Together – Youth, Relational Wellbeing and the Future of the Global South” will be held from 7–9 October 2025 at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This convening marks the official launch of the funded research projects and will bring together grantees, advisory groups, and programme partners.

The conference provides a platform for research teams to present and refine their project objectives, engage in scholarly exchange, and situate their work within the broader themes of livelihoods, digitalisation, climate change, and mental health.

It will also initiate the u’Good Community of Practice, fostering critical dialogue, methodological innovation, and collaborative learning in support of advancing relational wellbeing as a framework for understanding and enhancing youth wellbeing in the Global South.
